The Taylor Swift Experience
Unless you've been living under a rock or you don't know me at all, I am a huge fan of Taylor Swift. Yes, I'm talking about one of the richest singer ever lived that broke countless records and has an album on the US Top 100 for more than a year. (That's quite a feat, just saying) Currently 26, Swift is no doubt one of the most influential singer-songwriter. A little girl that grew up in Nashville, from writing songs about the boy named Drew to selling out shows all around the world.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to go to ALL her concerts every single time she's in Singapore. First one being the Speak Now World Tour where Singapore was the first stop; Second being the RED Tour, where Singapore was the LAST stop; and just 2 days ago, the 1989 World Tour.

It has been hella of a journey being a fangirl of this women. At the beginning stages of knowing Taylor, I came to know about this thing called the T-party. It is a meet-and-greet after every single show when she goes on tour. The way to get into the T-party is only by dressing up and being really enthusiastic and excited during the concert itself and then you'll be chosen. When you're chosen, you'll also receive a paper that tells you where to go after the show so they will bring you to meet Taylor.

I've been lucky enough to be chosen not once but twice. During the RED tour and 1989 World Tour. It was honestly a very exciting thing to have someone come to you and go like "are these your seats? come with me." or just "come with me" and in that moment YOU KNOW IT. Your seats got upgraded and you got chosen to go to an area which is not for sale - the standing pit. Being in the standing pit is so so so much fun, you have all the space to dance and the photos you take are amazing. During the 1989 World Tour just two days ago, Taylor looked at me and I screamed and cried a little.

But by far, the 1989 World Tour is definitely THE BEST out of the 3 concerts I've been to. We were personally chosen by Andrea Swift which is Taylor Swift mum. Like LEGIT Taylor Swift's mother. And during the entire time we sang with her and head bang and danced together with her. She is just such an amazing person to be with. She's so kind cause even at the standing pit, there were points where I couldn't see and I had to tip toe (blame on me for being 154cm). Andrea saw me doing it and was like "Why don't you stand up here? (On this little bracket on the floor for wires to go underneath it) or we could stack the boards HAHA" then I'm all so shy and like "it's alright, I can stand here.."

And of course when you meet Andrea Swift, you NEED TO take a photo with her. So I approached her during a point at the concert and she rejected me. Like WHAT? Then she explained that she wanted me to enjoy the concert and that she'll come to me for a photo when Taylor is not on stage. I was a little sad but still fine, cause I know I'll get a photo with her on that day.

Besides all these, Taylor Swift vocals are GOLDDDDDD. Go on Tumblr, youtube, facebook, instagram. JUST FIND THOSE VIDEOS. Her vocals are so on point. And I love the fact that I 'grew up with her'. Being able to relate to all her songs at different point in life, I guess that's why she has so many fans that are hardcore. She is able to make so many things relatable to everyone. And that's how it works, that how you get a (fan)girl
