Where is the LOVE?

Firstly, I would like to say that this is not going to be a very happy post, so I'll just keep it short and simple. This is actually for me to rant, if you don't feel like it, then you can stop reading from NOW. But since you've decided to read then I shall continue to explain why I am going to rant and roughly what happen.

Like what one of my post last month mentioned, the 3 top things I look in for a friend, one of them is RESPECT. And today I felt totally disrespected by a leader, my leader. I didn't see it coming, but it definitely got me really mad. All I did was to ask a simple permission question and her reply was really just.. disappointing. Here I am asking for permission to take pictures and there you go thinking that I am a joke and reply "what crap..." to me? Seriously? If you think that a blogging competition is useless, then can I also say that all the dance competition you go to is useless too?  I mean, if you want to reject me, at least say a "I think better not.." kind of thing right? What's with that attitude you give me. I look up to you as my leader and this is what I get. Am I of importance to you at all? And that time you said you wanted to meet each and every one of us for lunch, oh sure you did meet up with the usuals, but what about the rest? Let's just use myself as an example. You said you were sick and you would plan another day, but it didn't happen, did it? Is that how commited you are to people below you, I believe that if you cannot commit to the people, you cannot expect the people to commit to you. I'm sorry.

Sure, this world is biased. And maybe I'm just not the favoured one in this, I guess. Doesn't matter, at least I am not the only one. I'm pretty sure you say you cannot prevent cliques in such a big ministry, I get it. But honestly, I don't see the effort from you trying to talk to the rest of us who are not in DF. Sometimes I wonder if you are taking this role seriously.
